Galvanized Expanded Metal with Diamond Opening is the most practical and economical way to assure strength, safety, and a non-skid surface. Expanded diamond mesh grating is ideal for use on plant runways, working platforms, and catwalks, as it is easily cut into irregular shapes and can be installed quickly by welding or bolting.

Materials of Expanded Diamond Mesh:
Aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, titanium, brass and other metal materials, with a thickness ranging from 0.04mm to 8mm, opening ranging from 0.8mmx1mm to 200mmx150mm. 

Patterns:
Diamond opening.
Finish Treatment:Galvanized; oxidized; PVC coated; flattened; special treatment according to customers’ requirements.

Materials: A luminium plate ,thin low carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, Al-Mg alloy plate, copper plate, nickel plate.

Processing and characteristic: It is punched to mesh, including aluminum plate mesh, small steel plate mesh, steel plate mesh and stainless steel plate mesh ;according to the hole, it is divided to diamond, square, round, triangle, scale hole. it is strong and wear resisting, artistic and tasteful.

Uses:
Galvanized diamond meshes are extensively used in a wide variety of industries and daily life, as gratings, metal laths, acoustic screens, fences, filtration media and building decoration materials. 

Expanded metal diamond mesh can also be used as fence for sports places and road greening belt.

Heavy type diamond expanded mesh can be used for oil tank truck pedal nets, heavy machinery, as well as the working platforms, staircases and walkways of boilers, locomotives, 10,000-ton ships, etc.
