Steel Reinforcing Mesh, also known as Wire Mesh Reinforcement or welded steel bar panels, is a prefabricated grid of ribbed steel bars welded together to provide structural reinforcement in concrete elements. The ribbed profile of the steel wire enhances bonding with concrete, reducing the risk of cracking caused by shrinkage compared to smooth wire.

Wire Diameter & Spacing
Wire diameters range from 5mm to 12mm, with spacing between bars typically 100mm, 150mm, or 200mm. Closer spacing enhances load distribution in high-stress applications.
Mesh Classifications (SL/RL)
Classified into SL (square mesh) and RL (rectangular mesh). SL features equal spacing (e.g., 200x200mm), while RL offers varied configurations (e.g., 100x200mm) for tailored reinforcement.
Material Specifications
Ribbed low-carbon steel wire with 500 MPa minimum yield strength (AS/NZS 4671 compliance). Ribbing improves concrete adhesion, reducing shrinkage cracks.
Trench Mesh Dimensions
Trench-specific mesh comes in 6.0m lengths with widths from 200mm to 400mm. Designed for footings, drainage, and narrow structural supports.
Application-Specific Ranges
